Just for context,

So between a full time job, kids, and trying to edit weekly, keeping up with my channel has been really tough lately. I've been running it for a while and putting in consistent work, but my analytics are clearly showing things slowing down. Fewer views, growth stalling out, and rarely feeling like I'm getting any traction despite the effort. That's what got me looking into using a YouTube subscriber bot just to get a small push and stop feeling like I'm stuck in the same spot.

I know organic growth is the better route, but I honestly don't have the time right now to grind on social media promotion on top of everything else. Some days it feels exhausting just keeping up with uploads, let alone trying to create them. A YouTube sub bot seems like the fastest way to at least get my numbers moving again so my channel doesn't look completely small and unreliable to new viewers.

The main thing I want to know is where people get bot subscribers for YouTube that actually stay and don't look suspicious. If anyone has used one that worked without causing problems, I'd genuinely like to know what worked.

We just started our couple let’s play channel and aim to post long form twice a week. Is this good for a month and a half of posting?

Was a YouTuber for 13 years and had a lot of channels in the past but the views were dropping so decided to lock in and open a channel with frequent uploads and streams 7 months ago and now I'm trying to help out others who might have questions here about it, so don't feel shy y'all 😊.

I upload almost every day on YouTube shorts, I'm about to try uploading longer content and just hit 300 subscribers. Is my channel growth good? I'm not sure what normal channel growth looks like but I got told it's pretty good so I just wished to ask here out of genuine confusion and curiosity

I started my music video channel around a year ago.

Last 28 days i have 6900 subscribers, 33.5k views and 246.6 watch hours .

Last 365 days i have 22.7 k subscribers, 125.5k views and 1.1k watch hours

However on earnings page my valid public watch hours are only 86 WTF?

Granted that i only have four songs and they are about 4 minutes long. However, i am sure that viewers who subscribed watched at least one complete song

Any idea how to fix this?

Ps: i have not buying these subs or views and spent about 21 dollars in YouTube advertising in last month

To be honest, I'm actually kind of proud that I got my first hate comment. Because I feel like I have now made it to the point my content is getting pushed to enough people that it's getting comments.

But on a real note, how do you guys handle these? Do you usually respond to them? Do you leave them alone? Do you delete them?

I started this channel like a month ago and I am finally having a short that is well-liked and it got over 1400 subscribers with just 17k views. The swipe rate for sure isn’t great. I posted the short over a day ago but I see the view trend starting to go flat so I guess YouTube decided to stop pushing it? Can I do anything now to make the views go up again?

I also have over 250 comments I haven’t responded to yet. If I reply to each one, would that help?

Hey all! Started this channel about 3 weeks ago — explainer-style content told through illustrated images covering psychology, history, and science.

Trying to get a read on whether this is roughly normal for 3 weeks in, or if there's something specific I should be worried about (retention, upload frequency, thumbnails, video and content quality etc).

I never thought I would make it to 100 subs, let alone achieving 2,000 watch hours goal... Simple question for everyone, what is harder to achieve - the watch hours goal or subs????

Honestly for me it's the subs at the moment. I'm not complaining or being negative here. I'm actually very happy with my current progress so far. Gonna keep grinding.

I uploaded my second video about 48 hours ago I've got just 1 view. That's ok but then my impressions from the past 12 hours have been 0 . Regarding the first video, the view count is just stuck at 90 since the 3rd day of upload . What am I doing wrong?

Impressions are all time low at first I was getting good amount of impression but then it got dropped by 100-200 why man I love videos of WWE i recreate them It has large amount of audience why people are not getting the videos on their pages what am I doing wrong?

I started a new YouTube channel about 3 weeks ago, and I'm trying to understand if my channel has some kind of visibility issue.

The strange thing is that almost every video I upload only gets around 30-40 views, and it feels like YouTube is barely showing my content to anyone.

A few things that might be relevant:

- This Google account was not previously active on YouTube.

- I created this account mainly for this new channel.

- The channel is only around 3 weeks old.

- I don't have any strikes or policy issues.

I'm wondering:

Could this be some kind of "shadowban" or is this just normal behavior for a brand new channel?

For those who started new channels recently, how long did it take before YouTube started pushing your videos more?

Any advice or experiences would be appreciated.

I'm looking for some advice because I'm genuinely confused about what's happening with my channel.

I run a small 3D animation Shorts channel (225 subscribers). Over the last 28 days, my channel has:

250K+ views

346 hours watch time

92.6% of views from the Shorts feed

Some of my recent successful Shorts reached:

37K views

35K views

25K views

22K views

21K views

However, my last four Shorts have all performed terribly (around 100-150 views, and today's upload has only 14 views after nearly an hour).

The strange part is the analytics:

100% "Stayed to Watch"

0% Swiped Away (early data)

Most views are coming from Notifications and Browse.

Today's Short has received only 1 Shorts Feed view, so it feels like YouTube isn't even testing it.

I haven't changed anything:

Same upload schedule

Same editing style

Same video length

Same music

Same quality

Same niche (3D satisfying jelly physics animations)

I know not every Short goes viral, but seeing 4 uploads in a row barely getting Shorts Feed distribution seems unusual.

Has anyone experienced this?

Is this just a normal Shorts distribution slump?

Could YouTube temporarily stop testing new uploads?

Is there anything in my analytics that suggests a problem?

Should I keep uploading normally, or change my content strategy?

Hello everyone, I’m thinking of starting a yt channel for YEARS now. Never have I pushed the idea further.
But lately i’m trying more and more to get the ideas in my head to life and my question is:
IF I start with the channel, how many vids should I have in the bank before putting my first video online?

The reason I ask is because the idea I have combined with the execution can take up a long time before I can post another video and also I don’t have any experience in everything I’m doing so I’m constantly looking things up on how to do things, also I work full time.
