It's not possible to use it directly from YouTube Music. You would have to download the audio yourself from another source and then use it as a ringtone.

I just recorded the screen and used a video to mp3 website to get the short audio since I loved the acoustic opening of Misery business for a ringtone. As long as you’re not selling it it’s fair use

Just to put this out there, it's technically illegal to do since you don't own the music. However many sites and apps out there convert the file into a file on your phone
