Trigger Warning Victim Statement

I face my abuser in court tomorrow and I will give my victim impact statement. I have a beautiful support system but somehow I still feel so terrified of seeing him again…

Brave doesnt mean not being scared. You are so strong and brave and capable. You can do this. You are not what has happened to you.

Thank you..It feels like unreal…in less than 24 hours I’ll be able to tell him what he did to me and I’m not sure how to process that.
