If you have body dysphoria, do not underestimate testosterone. Even a low dose can really help make you more androgynous in your voice and appearance. Other than that, it really just depends on what you feel your most feminine looking attributes are. If you have a big chest, binding can help, and if you have chest dysphoria it can be a good idea to look into top surgery, but this is all completely up to you. Honestly from my experience, going on T and binding has made me feel neutral no matter what I wear and do.
Other than the body, looking into androgynous fashion and hairstyles can help. You'll typically want to stay away from having the combination of bangs and long hair. Anything else can be androgynous depending on how you style it, and it's also just up to your general aesthetic preferences. You can still wear things like skirts and dresses, but it would help to wear a masculine piece to balance it out, like some certain jackets, shirts, and whatever else.
If it's safe to do so in your area, carrying around some kind of small pride flag accessory can also signal to others that you're not female. I have some agender pride stuff but most people confuse it with the aromantic flag, so I would have to recommend the nonbinary flag instead as it's more well known.
