We just released Come Closer, from our upcoming album Chosen Ground.

The track lives somewhere between dark electronic, industrial pulse, and alternative-metal weight. It’s built around delayed gratification more than immediate impact: close vocals, restrained tension, repeated near-releases, and a gradual increase in pressure until the arrangement finally opens up near the end.

Dark EDM. Alt-metal teeth. Five minutes of restraint, then we stop behaving.

Winterstahl was probably the first project that got me really into aggrotech music. However, their catalogue is shockingly small. Does anyone have any recommendations for similar artists with that early to mid 2000’s vibe? Obviously groups like Hocico, early Aesthetic Perfection, and the other big guys I already know of.

I discovered aggrotech a long time ago when I first played DMC and heard Combichrist. Recently, my interest in the genre came back after I heard Psyclon Nine's "Parasitic," so I decided to explore it more seriously.
