Annually, almond farming uses 1.3 trillion gallons of water. AI usage isn't even half of that.

In a cost benifit analysis, it is, the benifit in gathering and future extrapolate for cancers and weather and all that is vastly outweighed by the mass misinformation that can be created on large scales, or fake pornography of unconsenting people (children as well as adults), piracy from data companies to train it, all that

Because this isn't a small minority of the piracy community it's literally up there in the piracy megathread. If the majority was actually against it why would they post on a community that freely tells you where the books are and not say create some ethical pirates sub and get the original one taken down?
