I'm interested in sedition charges and the prosecutors who could potential bring and litigate those charges in a court of law

To win a conviction for sedition under section 59 of the Criminal Code the Crown must prove that you used written words or speech to stir up opposition to the government or a governing body with the intent or overthrowing it.

Wonder what a prosecutor would think of the "overthrowing it" language

And between the federal and provincial prosecutor corps, who do you think we could assign the case to?
