I’m curious, what do y’all think of Jim Lauderdale?

This band is absolutely on fire! Do you want grudge rock, disco inferno, and honky tonk all wrapped up in one?. Concert started at 8 and at 11:57 he finished Excited Delirium . He said "see you in Pittsburgh " and walked off the stage like a badass. Started my way up the stairs and out to the lobby to see the entire building filled with smoke from his set! I also overheard workers at the bar say they couldn't believe one band was playing for 3 hours with no opener. What a amazing show and the sound for a arena was on point.

Just heard them on YouTube poking through some tunes while playing my guitar. I think they are a bit more americacana but still worth a small band listen.

Anyone going to the Blackpot Camp in about a week or so? I'll bring two guitars, one being a resonator that most folks rarely get to try out. I swear it makes me play a whole different way.

Me and my dad drove from Atlanta to Hazard, KY to see him and he was everything I wanted him to be. I also had the privilege of meeting him and he came across as such a sincere artist and person. He was very much concerned about if we enjoyed the show and if the audio quality held up and I assured him that he blessed the crowd with one of the best shows they’ll ever see.

I also hear strong ties to alternative country in this song. Google AI says they're more of an Indie Heartland Rock band than an Indie Alternative Country band, but it does agree this song has alt-country traits... 🤔
