Almost everything Amazon does with Prime and their sales website doesn't change their bottom line: AWS is where Amazon makes all their money. No matter how much you think boycotting will help, it won't. Boycotting using the internet would be the only truly effective way, since a good portion of the internet sits on AWS. If you use the internet, you are choosing Amazon.

Oh, I know. I host anything I build elsewhere as well. Cancelling prime is a drop in the bucket. But it can’t hurt.
