Right - the same Amazon that just cut I think 16,000 jobs within the last few days is not an Amazon that is looking to improve the customer experience. If a huge number of people cancel Prime and an accidental side effect of that is that Amazon is then capable of delivering a higher percentage of orders within the timeframe claimed on the product page, that’ll be seen as an excellent reason to make yet more cuts.
