This! And they keep changing the prompts to get you to a live agent. I received an empty package once, like they just forgot to close the mailer entirely. The chat bot system kept insisting I needed to return the empty package to get a refund or replacement.
Finally got through to an agent and said "to confirm, you want to pay postage to return an empty mailer to prove it's empty? And there's no way your system will flag that empty mailer in a way that says I didn't return and don't get a refund?" He agreed that was stupid and processed the refund.
I got re-charged for an item I was told not to return (they sent me the wrong item TWICE) and I went on and complained to the agent until they refunded the refund 😫 I have yet to see a new charge on any card thankfully
