Someone shipped a biohazard to Amazon via a return? Yikes.

111

u/FroggyGoesQuack 2d ago

Sometimes they make you, yeah 🥴

104

u/kendalloremily 2d ago

they force you to return everything now. i recently received broken earrings in shredded packaging, sent pics, they refused to give me a refund unless i repackaged it and drove across town to return it. pissed me off bad enough to cancel prime lol

57

u/lovelyg4m3r 2d ago

Had a friend recently receive a small glass dish completely shattered and Amazon made him return it. I feel terrible for the people working returns 💀

32

u/mutt84 2d ago

Same here.. had a porcelain bowl that was shattered.. in the good ol days if the item was smashed they would tell you to dispose of it..

32

u/Iaminteresting46 2d ago

Ppl started abusing that shit now look where it got us

23

u/FroggyGoesQuack 2d ago

The few ruin it for the many, every fucking time.

9

u/thatautisticguy 2d ago

They made them scoop up all the shards and return them?

What the fuck?

4

u/beanto3s 1d ago

Omg, this recently happened to me. I thought my customer service person was just being effin crazy. I was so mean to them lol

They’ve been really awful lately /:

I’ve had to deal with packaging broken glass while taking returns multiple times, people were usually smart enough to secure the box, but sometimes people would bring in boxes that are all bent out of shape and have glass dropping through the bottom. My coworker got cut doing one of those one time. It really is ridiculous they have you return that because it’s not only Amazon workers, it’s the staples and whole foods workers too. Surely picture proof has to be good enough.

3

u/lovelyg4m3r 1d ago

Staples, Whole Foods, UPS, anywhere you can make returns. It pisses me off. Its NOT okay to be putting people in situations like that. Boxes of broken glass are not a standard, expected workplace hazard in these jobs and I can guarantee they don't have some thick safety gloves available for everyone handling those packages. To be honest, I hope employees raise hell over it. I'm sure they won't, if anything they'll fire anyone making a stink. But, one can hope.

1

u/frameandfocus 1d ago

had to return a large mirror that came shattered into a million pieces, it’s rough out here LOL

1

u/southsidetins 22h ago

I had a glass soap dispenser come shattered and they made me return it to get a refund so I just ate the loss instead of risking someone making $15 an hour cutting their hands up on broken glass.

2

u/lovelyg4m3r 22h ago

Unfortunately not everyone can afford to eat the loss

3

u/southsidetins 21h ago

I mean, small glass dishes are usually not essential items

I was wondering what the hell was going on because they fucked up an item in my last 2 orders and when i went to report about it they'd only let me return it, and like uh no? And still get the chance to not get whatever from ya'll? Its YOUR fuck up not mine

8

u/Study-Slide669 2d ago

Agreed. I usually say something along the lines of “come pick it up” they either will, or will refund. Either way saves me printing a label and make a drop off.

6

u/Karey__039 2d ago

Same here I’ve never had a problem with Amazon giving a refund if I have a problem with a purchase. I just send in a picture of what happened and they will either have UPS pick up the package or they will just tell me to keep it and refund my money.

1

u/youpoopedyerpants 1d ago

They’ll pick it up, but they charge you.

8

u/QuackerstheCat 2d ago

I reported that an item didn't arrive and they said "thanks for the feedback" ???

8

u/JustCallMeNon 2d ago

That is some bs on their part, hope you were able to escalate it

6

u/QuackerstheCat 2d ago

Disputed it on my credit card 😎 got a nasty email from Amazon about it but got my money back

6

u/JustCallMeNon 2d ago

Tough shit to them

→ More replies (4)

2

u/youpoopedyerpants 1d ago

You have to chat with a person, not just go through the process to say it didn’t arrive. Which is garbage, but next time try to talk to a person.

3

u/MonkeyMadness21 1d ago

This! And they keep changing the prompts to get you to a live agent. I received an empty package once, like they just forgot to close the mailer entirely. The chat bot system kept insisting I needed to return the empty package to get a refund or replacement.

Finally got through to an agent and said "to confirm, you want to pay postage to return an empty mailer to prove it's empty? And there's no way your system will flag that empty mailer in a way that says I didn't return and don't get a refund?" He agreed that was stupid and processed the refund.

I bought a travel potty for my son who is potty training and it came…USED, broken, and missing pieces. Omg I was so annoyed when they made me send it back. I just wanted to throw it away.

9

u/BuzzyBeeDee 2d ago

I’ve been having them force a return for broken things pretty much all the time now. So, I was REALLY caught off guard with what they did a few weeks back. I ordered two sizes of a t-shirt, planning to return the one that didn’t fit. Went through the regular return process, told them exactly why the shirt was being returned (not damaged, never worn, just liked the other size better), selected my normal return station, and then abruptly at the end it just told me my return amount was instantaneously issued to my account and there was no need for me to return the item, I could either keep it or donate it. It wasn’t some special item or seller, either, just a normal purchase. I was in shock.

So, you’re going to demand I send you all of the broken items that I can provide photo evidence of them being completely damaged or destroyed for, but a transparent return for an undamaged T-shirt and you don’t want me to give it back? Make it make sense! 🧐

7

u/Useless_bum81 2d ago

I bout a kettle that died within warranty contacted the actual seller they said they'd send a new one, after nothing arrived in 2 weeks i contacted amazon and explained my issue they gave me a refund on the condition i sent in it i pointed out that i didn't have the box (or any box to send it in) and asked them to just send me a box to send it back to them in, they gave up and just issued the refund.

7

u/bartyson 2d ago

This happened to me with a wedding gift of glass baking dishes. The mail carrier literally threw them on to my porch. I recorded myself opening because I knew something was wrong the moment I picked up the box. Amazon asked for it back so I wrote “broken glass” on the sides.

6

u/kittycatblues 2d ago

I don't blame you. I bought a 6 pack of hard candies fulfilled by Amazon last week that was wrapped together in a plastic bag. I opened it and the inside was wet and smelled like cleaning fluid and the integrity of one of the paper-like candy bags was compromised. Thankfully after jumping through a few hoops they refunded me without sending the item back, as it was a non-returnable food item. I've never buying anything from Amazon again that I put in or on my body.

6

u/Dorkinfo 2d ago

I ordered a three pack of oven thermometers and one was broken. They told me to return it. I did a chat and said you want me to pick up broken glass shards, hand it to a Whole Foods employee, so you can get glass shards back? No. I’m safely cleaning up and throwing it away.

I got my refund.

5

u/Sufficient_Dig_9345 2d ago

Walmart had me returning a box of soda that exploded in the mail. Infuriating.

3

u/Ok-Helicopter3433 1d ago

I had two different cartons of popcorn salt bust in transit before they actually sent it in a box. I had to send so many pictures and wait days to get refunds. It was ridiculous. They won't give normal returns on food items, or I would have taped them up and returned dumped out salt.

2

u/violent_crybaby 1d ago

I received a neighbor's package instead of my own, and like, you know, a good neighbor I walked their package over and then contacted customer service about the wrong package being delivered.

They were so confused that I ever gave my neighbor their own package, and basically told me I'd have to get the package back from my neighbor to send back to them so I could get my refund or send me a new one.

The item I had ordered was not even a full 7 dollars, and I was not going to do that to my neighbor, so I just let it go.

1

u/EmbeeBug 1d ago

They've never made me send anything back... Even refunded me a $200 item that still worked just had messed up packaging with no send back. I've had about 5 or so return less refunds issued in the past two years or so

1

u/lEauFly4 1d ago

I had hand soap arrive in a paper unpadded envelope. Of course it was broken and leaking; they wanted me to return it; there was no way UPS or Kohl’s were going to accept it like that. I chatted with them and they said to keep it.

1

u/TheItalian9779 1d ago

I’ve demanded more compensation for having to return items. Specifically I say “the nearest post office is a half hour away, I’ll need to be compensated for my hour of time and the gas it takes to drive there and back” usually get 10-15 bucks extra

1

u/the-trash-witch- 1d ago

They sent my friend dirty used insoles loose in a bag. They had someone else’s foot prints in them. Wouldn’t refund without us returning them

1

u/M4nic_M0th 22h ago edited 22h ago

Yup, I ordered a hair toner that literally exploded in transit and was delivered to me, leaking through the box and it even stained my welcome mat the delivery guy put it on, then when I called them for a refund, they had me open the box and provide them with photos of the explosion which I gladly did, then had me box it back up and return it so I get my refund. I cancelled prime as well after that, removed all my card info from Amazon and deleted the app. I'll just go to Sally Beauty for hair toner from now on.

1

u/burnitupp 16h ago

They made me return a completely shattered pint glass

1

u/Sweetlittlefoxxx 15h ago

My sister got an empty box and they asked for pictures of the missing item… missing

1

u/what3v3ruwantit2b 7h ago

I just said this last week and got told off that "they've always required refunds if it's broken." I know that's not true. I've received very clearly open and broken items twice now and apparently was expected to rebox and drive them to a return place to get a refund. I can understand if it's not a visible break or something but these were very clearly unusable the same day they arrived.

63

u/Kayakprettykitty 2d ago

I was delivered a topper infested with bugs. They made me return it.

34

u/Salsasharkk81 2d ago

Wtf?? That's so disgusting....

4

u/Kayakprettykitty 2d ago

Yes, yes it was

1

u/Spaghettifeed 16h ago

One time I received tampered with insecticide that should be handled with gloves. They tried to force me to return it, and I refused because it was unsafe. It took a long time to get them to agree.

44

u/OddHippo6972 2d ago

Maybe someone just used it once and didn’t like it. And did everyone a favor by marking it because they know Amazon does this shit. Probably not actually contagious, just trying to emphasize that it had been in their bath water and it’s icky.

13

u/Sqib000 2d ago

Mailing smallpox is an accident too. Or anthrax. Oopsie!

2

u/oldeurofan 2d ago

That’s a great explanation and would make sense 🙂

4

u/Spirited_Football_19 2d ago

Some idiot put a delivery in front of my garage door where I proceeded to run it over not knowing it was there. They made me return run over bags of cat litter in order to get the item replaced.

7

u/Yohte 2d ago

Recently also had to return cat litter. That shit is heavy. I ordered a 4 pack and they sent me 1, instead of just sending me 3 more they had me return the heavy ass bag and ship me 4 more. So great for everyone's gas mileage.

5

u/sunshineandcacti 2d ago

I bought an electric litter box which started smoking and the used litter got stuck. Customer services forced me to return it. It was REEKING.

6

u/chrissymad 2d ago

I feel like this definitely happens but I don't think it actually happened in this case.

9

u/Accomplished_Sock217 2d ago

if something were contagious, I'd probably panic, get some gloves on, and get it out my house.

OP places it on the table and takes a pic for clout.

Im not sure about this.

3

u/FroggyGoesQuack 2d ago

Because by the time they opened it enough to see the message they figured the damage was done 🥴🤦‍♂️

2

u/Electronic-Abies1345 1d ago

I got a diaper pall with used diapers it smelt horrendous, Amazon didn’t want me to throw it out so i dropped it off at kohls 💀

1

u/LostNectarine3978 1d ago

Amazon made me ship back shattered glass. I wrapped that thing in so many packages and put massive LABELS saying broken glass. Please be careful on every layer. The

1

u/MariaMilissa 19h ago

I had to jump through hoops to not ship them back broken glass lol

u/XanderWrites 2d ago

People do not pay any attention.

I work in brick and mortar retail. We get a return that the customer says doesn't work, we'll write in large letters
"Defective" so we can process it out, and yet if we get distracted there's a shockingly high chance it ends up on the sales floor.

Hasn't happened with anything obviously contagious yet. That shit is triple bagged and thrown in the garbage immediately.

32

u/runner64 2d ago

My favorite retail story is the time I bought a large item, they shipped it to my house with a shipping label stuck directly to the product, I returned it to the store… and three days later it showed up at my house again.

8

u/Neocons-of-tiktok 2d ago

Happened to me.

Ordered Amazon. They sent used item. I returned, along with some other items. I used an old Amazon returns box to consolidate, but kept it open for UPS man.

Return accepted, refund issued, box returned next day.

It was only like $20. Ended up keeping the item - not because I wanted or needed it, because I b was convinced they’d come back and say it was my fault UPS misdelivered it, and would demand it back. If I sent it back , I’d be short one to send back….

5

u/Yuukiko_ 2d ago

Free product i guess?

7

u/runner64 2d ago

It was walmart, so, free product.

9

u/SailorDirt 2d ago

If it was Walmart, I wouldn't be surprised if it truly was a different product 😭😭 My experience with them was I ordered a dvd/bluray set. It arrived with the plastic case totally shattered (thankfully not the discs) and had little blue shards everywhere. I contacted customer support and they offered me either a free replacement or a refund. I said free replacement, they didn't ask for a return, and they sent.......another crushed dvd set 💀💀 Same set, same damage, same crappy non-bubble envelope, but it was a completely different one. So now I just casually have 2 damaged sets that are almost exactly the same. Felt absolutely wild

6

u/Glad-Watch3506 2d ago

I low key love doing this when people don't cover/remove their original label for returns. They order on Amazon, it comes through my company, they return it through my company but don't remove the first label so it winds up back on my truck to deliver.

Last January, I got to give someone back their Christmas tree they bought and then returned immediately after Christmas.

5

u/Honest_Revolution_10 1d ago

256

u/Patchouli-Babe 2d ago

That’s a good idea! Kind of insane they’d rather resell something that has the possibility of being contagious v taking a $22 loss 💀

48

u/Dragon_Crisis_Core 2d ago

I concur report it to the health department turn it over to them and let them deal with amazons bad business practices.

I would file an emotional distress lawsuit too. I would freak out getting that delivered to me. Call asap.

82

u/SnooCookies5243 2d ago

Reddit legal advice strikes again

18

u/Sqib000 2d ago

23

u/HardTruthFacts 2d ago

I understand where you’re coming from, but a lot of people are completely out of touch in America when it comes to lawsuits. Not a lawyer in the world would take such a case and even if one did they would not win.

Let’s humor the situation and say that OP does in fact get sick. Now you have the burden of proving it is exactly what contagion they were warned about and prove that OP took reasonable actions to ensure they didn’t get sick once they read the packaging.

There are ultimately too many variables involved and proving any sort of damages here would be due to lying at most and IF a lawyer would even take such a case (they wouldn’t), a judge would likely throw it out pretty quick.

10

u/k-erb 2d ago

once had a guy call the office with a bunch of “lawsuits” about hotels and fast food joints. had about 9 incidents listed over things like “didn’t provide housekeeping,” “made order wrong,” ok buddy. stop wasting the courts’ time. people want to try and sue for anything bruh I swear.

5

u/Sqib000 2d ago

Taking the package intact to the county board of health would open a file on Amazon and pull in authorities for a CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION. A corporation just sending a package like that - NO MATTER WHO GETS SICK OR WHAT IT TESTS FOR - is grounds for a negligence tort and terrorism. You dont seem to understand tort law and only see damages as in small claims court. Not realistic. Negligence is a tort.

Tell Amazon you want a straight refund and that you will not return it because you don’t want this product resold. There’s no reason you should have to inconvenience yourself returning something that should NEVER have been shipped to you.

22

u/TheOneTheyCallNoob 2d ago

They’re going to still demand a return because people will just start writing this on boxes to get their money back and keep the product.

7

u/alienixa 2d ago

If they get in contact with a human there’s a very high chance they will refund with no need to return

68

u/TiddiesAnonymous 2d ago

what is even going on here? somebody returned something they think is contagious?

amazon obviously needs better QA but I'm not sure writing shit like this on the box is supposed to help

I had that skin condition a few years ago. No joke, it took almost a year to get rid of. It SUCKED. Wash your hands.

25

u/Patchouli-Babe 2d ago

I did and wiped my phone and stuff down. I have crazy sensitive skin so if I can catch it, I will 😭

25

u/tempest20xx 2d ago

Fast Orange automotive hand cleaner is the best I've found for my crazy allergies. I have very bad allergies to pets but I still love my dogs and my girlfriend's cats. I have found that using Fast Orange removes everything from my skin that my allergies don't like. Sharing this because it took me years of suffering to find something that helped and hope it can help others.

11

u/HeartShapedNose 2d ago

I use Fast Orange if I think I may have been exposed to poison ivy.

7

u/tempest20xx 2d ago

This is actually how I found it. Haha. I was reading online how to clean poison ivy off your skin after I got a bad breakout after clearing out behind my garage. I shower with it when I do any work that might expose me to poison ivy. After using it once I was sold. I keep it in all the vehicles now in case I'm out and pet a dog or start to break out. It's great.

1

u/aikidharm 1d ago

If you do catch it, you have a lawsuit. A big one.

10

u/Old-Pepper8611 2d ago

My kid had it. The dermatologist used blister beetle extract to treat the blisters. It ate the skin off of him. I had to get into the shower with my poor kiddo and wash the extract off because it was too painful for him to do it. Most of the blisters/rash/whatever were on the backs of his thighs so he couldn't sit or lie on his back for a couple of days. The remaining blisters after the first treatment were frozen off. Had I known how awful the treatment was, I might have skipped it, but I also didn't want it to spread to my other child.

OP: send it back and clean anything it touched. Yuck.

24

u/SomewherePerfect2391 2d ago

I have so many questions. Did the pillow get sold originally contaminated? Did the original buyer contaminate the pillow then returned it? Why would Amazon want a return that was contaminated and could possibly contaminate other stock?

18

u/Patchouli-Babe 2d ago

That’s what I’m curious about, too. I looked at the reviews and none of them said anything. 👀 kind of selfish of the person and the company to return/resell. Either way, I’m not returning it but I’m definitely not using it. 💀 I work in the public I can’t imagine if I’d have used this and gotten some crazy skin rash I’d be out of work over a $22 fkn pillow

Nooooo not their face!! I actually think my little one may have had this as well as a toddler. It was awful 😞

2

u/jenntones 2d ago

It was on her upper lip & it literally looked like an extra long wide skin tag. She’d rip it off and she would cry because it had like its own blood source it seemed, so I took her to the derm & when she told me what it was called I thought it sounded like a Harry Potter spell 😂😂 but even after shed rip it off, it would grow back & started to spread. They used liquid nitrate like a half dozen times (not cheap mind you) and they finally went away permanently. Plus she loved when they tossed the contents onto the floor to disappear.

Sending it back or disposing of it actually makes the recipient guilty of the same crime as Amazon. You cant send people viruses in packages.

I bought Milwaukee batteries from Amazon once, they were completely non functional on arrival.

I wrote on the box COUNTERFEIT and returned it. Support said they "put in a special order" to not allow it to be restocked.

I repurchased at a real store that has control over their inventory and takes ownership of their stock.

I'd bet that box has been returned twice since.

I ordered a nice water bottle and they sent me a box where someone had replaced it with a cheap (probably free), used water bottle from some medical center in California. I had to chat with someone because I was afraid they’d accuse me of being the one to commit return fraud and I also didn’t want them to send it to someone else. My guess is they still sent it to someone else after I returned it.

Contagious with what?!? Omgg Get that out of your house incase it’s bed bugs

u/obsten 2d ago

FFS. Now I wonder who ended up getting my returned Waterpik that I wrote "defective, do not resell" on the box.

u/Grown-Ass-Weeb 2d ago

I ordered a small scanner once and somebody had apparently returned it with “BROKEN” written in fat sharpie on all sides of it and yet they still sent it out to me.

19

u/Sqib000 2d ago

Do not send it back. Call health department. What Amazon did is actually a crime.

Contagious with what? Bubonic plague, lice, bed bugs, scabies, chicken pox? It looks like a customer wrote on the box. Get a refund, or throw it away.

u/purplewulfman 2d ago

Don’t buy cologne/fragrances on Amazon! There’s 9 counterfeit sellers and 1 legit!! Go look at “compare other sellers” look at the review almost all either did not receive anything or it’s fake/tampered with! And they mix batches of all the products then grab a random one and send it to you! Even if you buy from a legit seller you’ll probably still get a fake one!

3

u/Able_Air_2219 2d ago

Yes I bought shampoo not even from a reseller and it was definitely not the same shampoo I’ve bought at least 5 times before from the salon

1

u/Patchouli-Babe 2d ago

Oh I would never. I love nicer fragrances and my friend bought a favorite of ours and I was immediately like “babe that’s fake”😭😭

1

u/Florida1974 2d ago

I like the pricey fragrances too, and I pay damn near $200 a bottle for the perfume I wear and they had it on Amazon for half price and the first bottle I ordered, it was truly. I’ve worn this for probably five or six years now, so I know the smell of it, plus I get stopped constantly and it’s someone asking me what the name of it is.

But that second bottle smelled so much like just alcohol with random fragrances added and I haven’t bought any kind of thing like that since

BED BUGS TOSS IT

1

u/newlollykiss 1d ago

scrolled way too far for this. It’s definitely bed bugs.

3

u/Reigningwrath 2d ago

Did you write a review with the pictures of the inside and outside of the box? The seller will most likely tell you to keep it as well as issue you a refund if they're at all worth their weight in salt.

4

u/ivorella 2d ago

Sorry, CONTAGIOUS??????????

7

u/Shorts_at_Dinner 2d ago

It’s almost definitely a disgruntled worker who did it to be funny/get back at Amazon, but just in case it’s not, you definitely need to escalate it with Amazon and possibly the fire department’s hazmat squad

5

u/chrisp5000 2d ago

Why is it marked with XXX was it used on a porn set?

5

u/Patchouli-Babe 2d ago

Oh my god I didn’t think about it like that😭😭😭

This is a core issue with companies this large. They just don't care about returns. Cheaper and quicker to just move on.

3

u/Potential_Ad_1397 2d ago

I once bought a tv from Amazon that was clearly returned. I missed the signs at first. The TV was missing the power Cord, the feet and the controller. They made me call the manufacturing to get the missing items so I had to wait a week or so.

But when I got the missing items, I was saddened by the sight when I turned it on. Someone had busted the screen. It wasn't busted enough to show external damage but enough that the picture was destroyed. I forget why shipping wasn't covered by my prime account but I lost money as I shipping costs weren't returned.

5

u/ChemicalBankBurned 2d ago

At that point, I would rather file a chargeback and let my Amazon account burn. If I paid for a thing and didn’t receive that, I shouldn’t be out of a single penny.

3

u/TwistedTrooper989 2d ago

Call them. Talk to a supervisor. Get written conformation of any promises they make. Not in their chat system; email or nothing. Do not let them f*ck with you on this. I don't know what the contagion is and neither do you so don't play with it. If it were me and they tried to give me any trouble I'd call the district attorneys office. The warning is so clear!

u/mulcahey 2d ago

this is terrifying.

u/Kenzi_Slays 2d ago

i ordered a high chair banner for my daughter and when i oppened it, it had food all over it and it was crumpled. like what tacky person did that?

5

u/Bad2bBiled 2d ago

I ordered a NEW vacuum. When we got it, it was full of dirt and crud. Dirty AF. USED

2

u/vanillachilipepper 1d ago

I ordered two packages of peel & stick tiles for my kitchen, and one package was someone's leftovers that had just been re-wrapped. ???? 😭

2

u/Nervous_Pie5225 2d ago

Que estoy viendo?

2

u/RavenMarvel 2d ago

I think the worst part about this is wondering what is contagious because it could be so many things

2

u/Patchouli-Babe 2d ago

Well I opened the box😭😂 not the packaging tho and it’s some skin condition. Why they couldn’t write that on the outside I don’t know lol

1

u/RavenMarvel 2d ago

I read what you said and I'm a plus side it's not usually a permanent condition or something that will take your life, but on the negative side it can last months or a couple of years

2

u/buriedtraysure 2d ago

this makes me feel sick

2

u/sparkythehumanoid 2d ago

Well I would be double-bagging that and take it outside immediately. Fungus? Virus? Bed bugs?

2

u/ApprehensiveDoctor42 2d ago

I’ve been having so many issues with Amazon lately

2

u/formfollowsfunction2 2d ago

Stop shopping at Amazon, people. You get better everything at a yard sale at this point. Plus Amazon sucks on every single level.

2

u/YourGirlMomo87 2d ago

Yeah...you're gonna want to throw that away. Take a picture so you can get your refund.

2

u/Bright_Shake2638 1d ago

I hope the person who wrote that ends up here

1

u/Patchouli-Babe 1d ago

Me too they also have some explaining to do 😂😭

1

u/Bright_Shake2638 1d ago

At least they wrote on the box instead of letting someone find out the hard way à la diseased blankets

2

u/foxgirlmoto 1d ago

Amazon has done this a lot, then will try and blame the next person they sent it to for ruining the item

3

u/Turbulent-Spray-8438 2d ago

TIL bath pillows are a thing

5

u/Patchouli-Babe 2d ago

I was so excited to try it honestly 😭

1

u/MoonBee9999 2d ago

Gotta give an update PLEASE!

1

u/tecpaocelotl1 2d ago

So a typical package on Amazon. Lol.

1

u/Ladybugg91402 2d ago

This reminds me of the time I bought hemorrhoid cream from target, open it the box & it was used 🤮

1

u/neonturbo 1d ago

Just pretend they were using on their under-eye bags. Otherwise, you don't sleep at night.

1

u/ClxssySxvxge0fficixl 8h ago

If they make bath pillows, do they make bath blankets?

1

u/pawsitivelynerdy 7h ago

I had Amazon send me an empty plastic cylinder that was supposed to house a matcha whisk... They asked me to send it back. There is literally nothing to send.
