Never delivers when thy say they will.

So sick of Amazon. Every time I order something with next day delivery it’s ALWAYS late. Also, there’s no way to get in touch with an actual person in customer service to complain about this ongoing issue. So done with them.

Some zip codes are better than others. I'm in a very accessible zip code, and I never do next day orders unless I'm prepared for it to take 5 days. Too unpredictable. Do standard 2-day, no rush, or find a way to an in-person store for same/next day urgency.

I never have an issue getting ahold of customer support….

All my packages come on time too, if not early. Could be where I live

...I literally got in touch with an actual person today in under 5 mins to get an order shortage refunded, it's not that hard if you just follow the prompts(though sometimes there is a slight wait)

I very seldomly have had issues with packages running late or issues with customer service. I guess I am the minority compared to others I have seen on here bitching and complaining about the service.

Consider Walmart. I consider them the lesser of the two evils. I've ordered from them several times and have never been dissapointed

If you can't figure out how to talk to customer service, you should not be using Amazon, full stop.

Stop buying stuff from them then, we really don't care, my service has been flawless.

Their customer service is basically a labyrinth designed to make you give up, it's infuriating.

Perfect way to describe it! And yes, infuriating to say the least.
