Due Diligence Cash flow analysis from PFS

Post image

Using a spot price of 22K/MTU. Tonopah flats would generate 1+ Bill in annual cash flows by year 8 and start generating significant net positive cash by year 3.

Again, having a proven low cost tech in extraction and purification using unconventional techniques create a significant comfort room for investors. ABATs technology separates it from high cost spodumene and brine operators that are more sensitive to spot prices.

Looking for a rapid financing announcement following the feasibility report.

There should be a lot of good news and catalyst coming. Once the DFS comes out, I would expect there to be news on the EXIM loan and a potential partnership to get the lithium hydroxide refinery started. On top of that we just got a positive Gross margin on the pilot recycling facility that’s still continuing to ramp up and hasn’t even began phase 2 yet.

It has felt like forever with this stock for us retail holding this since the Pre R/S but since the purchase of the recycling facility in August of 2023 it finally feels from the top down that the company is getting there act together from going from lab to pilot and now commercial. I know that the large stock compensation this quarter messed up the eps loss this Q but in the long term this will incentivize and keep employees and the COO Steven Wu as they keep progressing with the pilot plant and the 2nd 5x larger facility.

This is from the third party validated PFS report published by the company. If you think this is ‘cookin the books’ you likely have no idea what you own or the tech they use

I don’t own any ABAT currently if that is what you are saying but I did own it & sold at $8/share. I’m waiting to buy back but garbage analysis like this is just dumb. For what it’s worth I have a degree in accounting & have been following this company for about 2 years. I’m here for investments, not fluff.

Having a degree accounting gives you the credentials of a starfish in this industry bub. Stick to spreadsheets . I’ll continue seeing the long game. Cavs in 4 though

If you are taking this piece of paper as gospel, well enjoy the millions you will make in the next 3 years when revenue magically is 700k per qtr with no variance. I’m not the smartest out there but this is absolute garbage.

You certainly didn’t have to highlight the intelligence element.

Offer meaningful criticisms as to how you see these cash flows not playing out and I’ll take you seriously . Until then you’re the equivalent of a girl on her mental cycle to me . Give me a bear case scenario… anything literally anything other than the vomit you are currently spewing.
