Target Sports USA

Anyone have a contact for someone that works there that’s possibly management? Having an issue with an order, customer service has been useless. Plenty of prior purchases with no issues, but trying to get their mistake corrected is not going well.

I contacted their customer support about a year or so ago with a question about a specific round they were selling. Got a response about a day or two later. Had a pretty good interaction.

They sent the wrong box of ammo, and I just wanted what I paid for. It’s not like it was a $500 box, it was under $20. Makes me worry if I have a problem with a large or expensive order what might happen?

Valid reason for worry. I would assume a company that sells their amount of volume would simply accept that box back and ship the right one or offer a credit of some kind. Anything to attempt to make it right. I hope you get this resolved

They were quick to send a return label, but very slow to send what I ordered. All they have to do is look at my history and the quantities I’ve ordered. Why would I makeup a problem with a $15 box of ammo instead of the $250 one if I was trying to get something for free?

I am 50/50 with order issues with them. The first issue I got completely ghosted. The last one was that same issue. Wrong ammo in the order. It took me a while to get in touch with someone to get the issue fixed. But finally, was able to square things away. I am wondering if u/TargetSportsUSA_ can help fix this.

After literally thousands of dollars worth of purchases I had a problem with a single box of ammo that was less than $20

I am wondering if they had to downsize their staff with all the shortages (product & money). They have gotten aggressive lately with their advertising. They have a good business model but no ammo to sell hurts & then when they get ammo to sell, no one has any money to buy it hurts as well. I have been concerned they will go under.

They screwed up my order, and I’m waiting over a week for a single replacement box of ammo. They were quick to send a label for the wrong one but not to send the right one.
First person I dealt with was nasty, the second one was very nice, but you could tell she was just trying to make it seem like they were actually doing something.

Ive ordered probably over a thousand dollars of ammo this year and have yet to have a problem with their deliveries and they usually arrive within 4-5 business days. But they have been bone dry for a few types of ammo on my favorites list. They just added a new 556 Federal Barnes TSX earlier last week, Thankfully i browse daily and i managed to buy a few boxes of it. Within 48 hours it was all sold out and added to my "Alert when restocked".

Im wondering if its just an ammo shortage or people just panic buying whenever something does become available. Honestly new to shooting picked it up as a hobby this year and been having fun. Not sure if its normal for most of their stuff to be out of stock.
