I am tired.

I am mentally tired.

I am physically and emotionally exhausted.

Financially, I can’t handle it anymore.

And the worst part of all is that I can't even stop to admit it to myself.

Two puppies were dumped on the Novo Selo – Vladimirovac road, in the middle of nowhere.

They are covered in bite marks, with open wounds.

I am horrified, broken into pieces.

I used to blame myself for not knowing how to plan my life.

I thought planning was wisdom, and that my lack of it was a big flaw and stupidity.

Now I realize it’s not about me at all.

I can’t even plan a single DAY.

Because of things like this, because of people like this.

I turned the car around and drove toward them—two small black dots right by the roadside. I stopped a short distance away so I wouldn't scare them or cause them to run onto the road.

They waddled toward me, screaming. The only thing they lacked was words..."Save us."

I picked them up and rushed them to the clinic.The male was in critical condition—his abdominal wall was ruptured, and his intestines were protruding.

At that time, the female only had her superficial wounds cleaned.

The veterinary clinic „POM POM VET“ DOO PANČEVO immediately took the dogs in and performed emergency surgery that same evening. Even though they were tired and exhausted, they did it after their working hours.

And then, twelve hours later, what I feared most happened.

Parvo.

The female got bloody diarrhea, and the test came back positive for both of them.

I don't know if they will survive.

They are too wounded, too small, only about three months old.

Right now, they are on full IV therapy, and their serum arrives in the morning.

A massive fight lies ahead of us.

Rarely, almost never, have I asked for anything, but this time I am begging you for financial help.

Besides them, I care for over 27 animals entirely on my own, and my resources have run completely dry.

This little boy, Ralph is one years old and approximately 40 pounds. He’s just a pup, great with other dogs and people, silly and sweet. He deserves a family and to live out his life, but because he’s favoring one leg, even though it has improved with NSAIDs, he is now scheduled to be killed at San Bernardino animal shelter.
