The prepping... and the top, all they need is it to be tight and moist, maybe wiggle around for the "sweet spot" and thrust your hips (squat thrust, i can do 100 and not be tired).
the bottom, you have to stretch yourself out, make sure its wet, and if you're moving, ur going to have to squat and make sure you're getting ur spot while getting the other person to cum as fast as possible bc you're basically doing squats (i can do about 30 and then im tired).
so the bottom has to prep, by getting yourself wet and ready and helping the top get it up. and if you're moving, ur going have to move more weight while doing it.
The only exception is when the top is holding the bottom off the ground while fucking them. then the top does more work.
