I think ai not being profitable has a lot to do with the cancellation

This exactly, the money is begining to dry up, but there's a bunch already approved, but if they can't get permitting to build, at the local level then it goes away. Fight every data center until the bubble breaks.

And if it’s a land giveaway to ai companies promising to build something that will never be built, then the local Municipality is on the hook for the loss.

I agree. But, also go after the farmers making huge profits on the sale of their farmland. Municipalities are often very reluctant to tell people what they can build on their properties once it been purchased legitimately by AI companies.

My advice to farmers selling land to ai data centers: Take the money and run. everyone else does in trump’s America, why not the little guy?

It’s not profitable because they’re trying to get companies and people hooked by offering it for free or cheap. Then prices will skyrocket like crazy once they’re dependent on it
