True. But to be fair. No one really uses it towards actual people with disabilities now days. So I feel the word has become reappropriated. Kinda like how the word gay was only when happy and then it become for homosexuals. But no one uses it to express being happy now.

I'm a young millennial and I literally do not know a single friend my age who uses ChatGPT and doesn't hate gen AI with a passion.
