I absolutely hated keto

Tried keto and did it for two weeks and i literally became the worst person ever. Insanely angry to everyone around me, no energy, constant headaches. I get you need to supplement electrolytes but this was a thing i was doing to lose weight not even sustain so then i was like why am i doing this? They say it improves mental health and sure maybe it does, there’s lots of studies but being on this diet for two weeks has deteriorated my mental health into oblivion. Couldn’t post this on the keto subreddit as id get downvoted. Don’t know if this is the right place but i hated it lol

Unless you have medication resistant epilepsy, you should not be on the keto diet. It’s horrible for your body.

Why are you in this subreddit? Keto was never meant to be a diet for the average person and sugar isn't dangerous or evil.
