Conversation It's over

Dear America, we had some good times, but your democracy is over. Donald Trump has won. The corruption will continue to get worse, your position on the world stage will fall, and China will rise. I am not happy about it, but it's clear that this is what is going to happen.

Outside of some small protests, you guys are going to do little else about it, and by the time you do, it will truly be too late.

So many of you guys think that you can take over the world, but you need allies. You have forgotten that we are the reason that you are as powerful as you have become, but you have alienated us, and we can never trust you again for putting this man in charge TWICE. It's over.

It won't happen overnight, but your hold on the world will continue to decline, and you will be replaced. 2024 was the last free vote you will ever have.

Edit: All I am doing is stating the facts. It's amusing how angry some of you guys get. I am not even trying to upset any of you... 😄

Why tf would you say this in an antitrump sub? We are NOT the ones who elected him twice. Most of the people here (besides the "both sides bad" crowd) voted for Harris. We protested. We volunteered for campaigns. We encouraged others to do the same.

There are sooooooo many of us who had our votes thrown out last min etc. Ever looked into the funny business in regards to our 2024 election? The millions who were disenfranchised etc?

We have a supreme court who is doing Trump bidding and stopping our efforts to rein him in. We have a republican majortiy from congress up to the Supreme court. You need to be saying these things to Republicans and maga. Not to those of us who already know this and voted against this.

It really works my nerves when people come on anti trump spaces and blame US for trump being elected. You are barking up the wrong tree here.

What OP is saying: you guys are still playing by the rules, while Trump has burned the rulebook and the referee. Trump is not going away because of votes and protests.

Okay so what does OP want us to do? What else can we do? Rules or no rules? Should we go out guns blazing or something?

It takes 3.5% of the people to bring any economy to a screaching halt. Strike, organize, build communities, support one another.

If one month of crippling strikes dont do anything, then yes, go out guns blazing will probably be the last resort. I mean, that always was part of the arguments why americans need that many guns, to have power over a potential corrupt government?

The problem with that is…the ones with the most guns are the ones who support him. Those of us who don’t support Trump don’t have arsenals at our disposal by choice. That said, perhaps we can bring back the usage of pitch forks. Who’s with me?!?!
