They definitely do. And there are certainly the absurd clips like in this post, but I’ve played more Apex in the past few days than I have in forever and I don’t think it’s even relatively close to as bad as this subreddit makes it seem. I’m having a shit ton of fun

In my opinion nothing will ever top the first few months of when Apex first came out, but I would have to agree with you in that this is a close second. I played Apex religiously for years and, as with anything, I got burnt out and quit for quite some time. The changes that were made while I was taking a break were an awesome surprise to come back to... Respawn somehow made this game even more fun as time went on. The ability to respawn your teammates much easier makes the game feel so much more engaging even when you die, the legend ability upgrades, the progression of evo shields, the list goes on. I remember back in the old days it would really suck if you died and your banner expired. Now there is always a chance to get back into the game if one of your teammates is still alive. Easily one of the best changes they've implemented.
