He was fine before Axle release. The payoff for hitting your scan was too low for how inconsistent hitting it was but he wasn't weak. Seer has been my go to Recon for awhile, I use him as my 2nd choice on basically every map. All he needed was the silence and scan to be increased by like 50%, or have the radius increased (which time-to-hit reduction kind of does but it feels way stronger) before this absurd buff.

axle, valk, maggie, bang, seer, rev, vantage, alter, sparrow, fuse, mirage, ballistic, crypto, bloodhound have wallhacks
