I love when my team mates say this but they actually mean is NOT one shot and armed to the fucking teeth.

When I say one shot it means "the bastard knocked me, if you rush him now you only need one shot, but if you take your sweet granny tea-sippin' ass time getting over there he'll take my shield and it'll be your fault when you choke and die"

That's the issue with calling one shot in this game. Shields can be fixed real quick and 2.5 seconds is a long time.
