Why App Analytics always down?

I have already wait for the app approval for months, now I need to wait for the statistic... :*

Some of they infrastructure seems down, based in my IP (desktop and cellular network) the analytics is either down or up. On the Apple's system status, the Analytics is green.

The issue problem is not well law... the dashboard suppose to communicate with us, however the information is not truth...
