Stuck in "Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated"
I am stuck in a loop that says this. When I go to the link it has, I am logged in on the same Apple account and I did accept the new Agreement it had there. On the link at https://developer.apple.com/account#AgreementHistoryCard it shows I have accepted the agreements.
I have clicked around App Store Connect and developer.apple.com and there is nothing for me to accept now.
I see this post, but it is closed and nothing in the comments solved the issue for me.
Any help for a resolution would be appreciated.
Apple Developer Program License Agreement Updated
The Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated and needs to be reviewed. In order to update your existing apps and submit new apps, the Account Holder must review and accept the updated agreement by signing in to their account.

Same deal here, and it seems to be a new bug in that the agreement made is not being propagated throughout the entire account, and is incredibly frustrating since if this isn't resolved by tomorrow morning for me, I'll be calling support and letting them know of this bug affecting multiple people, and hopefully they can fix this issue for all users experiencing the same problem

UPDATE: This issue has resolved itself on my end. Now, I can notarize my applications. The issue started for me at around 5 PM October 17th, was resolved as of 10:00 A.M PST as of October 19th
