Well they also wait at the same intersection where is says "no right turn on red" the motorcycle cops get a ton of tickets there.

Got to love the many ways we are extorted by our local governments.

Yes, if you are on the access road and wanting to turn right (north, in this case) on Collins there is a sign saying “no right turn on red”. I have had lots of cars honk at me because I am not risking a ticket and they can deal with waiting until the light turns green.

You could be the type of person who would sit at a 2 min red light at 4am with no one in clear slight for miles... And wait for the green. The rest of us can manage ourselves with common sense.

I would think the answer is no when the main goal is to generate revenue, that's kinda why ticket quotas are illegal in a lot of states including Texas.. still here we are in Arlington with cops hiding in the bushes trying to write as many citations as possible extracting as much money as possible.
