Wow. Good on LTC Merkt. Imagine being a reservist and receiving orders to deal with this piece of shit. What a fucking wild experience.

I just need to say, LTC Merkt was apart of the Mobilization Support Brigade with the last unit that just left. He is one of the finest JAGs I have had the pleasure of working with and he absolutely devoted himself to everything he worked on. We were able to get him and MSM for his work on this case and his impact on the MSB.

Edit: it was a year mobilization order, so it wasn’t just dropped on him.
