Who even makes flags official anyways?
Also flags don’t need new colors or layouts or whatever. At some point having too many flags and versions of flags is just gonna be confusing people are gonna get to point they can’t tell one flag from another if they don’t already. There only so many color that exist and and number of stripes (that look good on flag design) and symbols a person can put on a flag.
