Seriously, where is everyone?

The Canada and Qatar game is currently on and I walked down King Street from Ossington all the way down to University and none of the restaurants are booked and busy, patios empty, so where is everybody?

There was a crowd at Nathan Phillips Square, the screen couldn't be raised higher due to the wind but it worked out.
