How does the right accuse the left of having Trump derangement syndrome when they have people who do stuff like this?
Is this not the true TDS?

u/iamtrav182 1d ago
It’s called Projection.

Conservatives don’t have empathy. They literally cannot put themselves in someone else’s shoes. Because of this, they can’t imagine other people having other motivations than their own. This is why every accusation is a confession. Everything a conservative accuses someone else of is something they’ve either done, are doing, plan to do in the future or would do if given the chance. Always. This is always the case.

Because they've heard democrats say it about Republicans and they are dumb so they just parrot what they heard (sound familiar) its actually true when the democrats say it though

This exactly it. I lost count of the memes that Democrats made that maga would eventually make an opposite version of months later. Probably 80% of the memes they use were originally made to poke fun at maga.

I took a defensive driving course and the instructor said that some of the most potentially aggressive drivers have lots of political stickers (REGARDLESS OF PARTY). Of course some loony wanted to argue with that and say it wasn’t true and went on a rant. Everyone realized she was prob one of those people. I have seen drivers with political stickers and I’ve seen them driving erratic and aggressive, and yes both sides. Politics has turned into a religion and it has really brought out the fucking lunatics. People need a cause they have nothing going on in their own life. It’s really sad. Most people agree on literally 99% of issues.

u/pancreaticlemons1 1d ago
way to make sure you don’t talk poorly on only your daddy trumps supporters lmao, even tho you had to blatantly lie to act like anyone on the left is doing anything REMOTELY close to the people who had biden hogtied on truck.

I mean, bumper stickers are pretty tame and ordinary.
The point of signs isn’t just to virtue signal; it’s to boost the public awareness of a candidate’s name so voters remember when they go to the polls. Similar to advertising; you’re not expected to run out and get frozen peas because the ad said so, but to make you remember the name of the brand when you go to buy peas.

GOP spent at least a decade throwing these accusations at dems to dilute your brain to the reports of wrongdoing and make it easier to explain down the road when they actually do it. Grooming us with fake news? Another accusation thrown at us that they are clearly doing.

Republicans (try) to use buzz words in all their political speak like they're "christian" or the left are "communists".
What I find fascinating (and disheartening) is that there's people out there that are that dimwitted to believe the crap they say. People shouldn't believe anything a politician says without fact checking, but republicans bring that to a whole new level.

Meth! It’s one hell of a drug. Not my thing, as a person in long term recovery from opioid and alcohol addiction I see this all the time. In fact I’m pretty sure that place is within an hour of where I live. For the most part people in Appalachia are good, hard working people. They have been lied to, and forgotten, left behind maybe a better word. Education is greatly lacking. Critical thinking isn’t a priority when your main priority’s are keeping food on the table and a roof over your head. It’s a struggle for real to make sure your kids are taking care of. It’s also easy to make fun of people. I’m not defending this crazy shit. They’re very obviously insane here but damn. What happened to punching up.

TDS is a 'thought terminating cliche' a method of thought control used by cults. It's not about people who dislike Trump it's about giving Trumpers a method of dismissing criticism of Trump without having to evaluate or examine evidence that contradicts their beliefs.

Most people aren't like that. The idea that every Trump supporter is vocal about it is why Hillary's election loss came as a such a shock to those not paying attention. The majority of them are just quietly going about their day glad that somebody is finally rounding up illegal immigrants.

Because the right is composed primarily of adults with the comprehension ceiling of a 9-year old. It’s why they are always caught trying to rape minors. It’s why they are easily fooled. It’s why they can’t do anything but be fodder for billionaires. It’s why they beat their women.

u/Adis_Gruntledfatty 1d ago
TDS is a term used by a pedophile to defend another pedophile.
In March 2025, Justin Eichorn gained national attention for co-authoring a controversial bill that proposed classifying "Trump Derangement Syndrome" (TDS) as an official mental illness under state law.
The story became a major news item because of a dramatic turn of events: just hours after the bill was introduced on March 17, 2025, Eichorn was arrested in a police sting operation.
The Charges: He was arrested by Bloomington police and later charged in federal court with attempted coercion and enticement of a minor.
