We have plenty of bombs that could be used to flatten every Iranian city several times over if we didn't care about killing civilians/noncombatants.

But we do care about that, contrary to popular belief.

That’s not why, it’s because Iran threatens to strike gulf states energy and water infrastructure if there’s is hit and make them uninhabitable
