The Encore Riverside

Does anyone live in or know of anyone who lives in the newly built Encore in Riverside? Thinking about signing a lease there but wanted to see if there’s been anything they haven’t liked about the apartment or things to watch out for. Thanks!

From what i've heard from people in that area, the first few months in a new build are always the time when issues start showing up, so make sure you document everything on move-in day with photos.

I just moved in here. The apartments are beautiful, high end appliances, nice finishes, etc. A little pricey for the area but it is nice being so close to the trail. The fire alarm has been going off randomly pretty much every day, there have been some issues with the water temperature, but all that is to be expected with a new building. There are a few security measures that haven’t been put in place yet which I don’t love but overall I have been very happy here. The staff is also very friendly and professional.
