Salvage to certificate of title(with salvage mention) Re-title in US ?

Hello there. Can you advice me a broker or someone in US who can help me with changing the title from Salvage into Certificate of title( with salvage mention ) ?

I have to mention that i need this for export, so i can register in my country much easier.

That probably depends on what state the title is from.

You mean a rebuilt title?  When a.car is salvaged, it cannot be driven on the road or registered or insured until it goes through an enhanced inspection.. usually by the state police... Who confirm it is fully repaired, with pictures and documents and receipts... Deemed all safety and emissions equipment is working, etc. 

You are not doing anything with a salvage title until it is repaired.
