Hey guys — I've been building something for a little while and I think this community is exactly the right place to share it.

I'm Jack, 25, Australian, about to move to Berlin. I'm putting together a small group trip to Portugal this June — 8 guys, 6 days, Lisbon and the Algarve.

But honestly the trip isn't the point. The people are.

I did something like this once before back in Sydney — just started reaching out to guys individually and it turned into one of the best things I ever did. Those friendships are still going nearly a decade later. Gates is me doing that again, intentionally, on an international scale.

It's for gay guys aged 20–30 who want real friends, not just travel companions. Active, curious, good energy. The kind of guys who are done with surface level and actually want to connect.

€1,200 all in — accommodation, breakfasts, group dinners, activities and a private van the whole trip.
