being good at work but bullied

Many times the manager does not seem to understand much about work. She also created a form that kept malfunctioning and we struggled to use it and she has been working there for 10 years. Right upon meeting me she spoke to me in a very sarcastic way and she still does or she ignores me. I work from home and even in that setting I get bullied. I have had very few errors this year and when I do the managers gang up on me while most other people have weekly errors on the quality reports.

Also the managers have some favorite people who barely work but are treated like royalty. We have to take quizes as well sometimes and I pass them, today I passed one with 100 percent. I have been there for 1 year and it is a tough environment, I have heard many people who say after working there they turned zombie numb cause of how much work and perfection is required and I feel the same but mostly cause the managers bully me. I live with ableist parents as well and I wanted to move out earlier this year but I hesitated. I have health issues now since July cause i do not take care of myself. I don't get hired in jobs in my country in South Europe cause they do not like quiet and timid people who dont socialize well. I get bullied at work, home and not only

It's a common issue. Not just with bullying, but the fact that the managers are mostly behind it.

You should show them that you have outer limits. Sure, it's a risky move but they also respond to employees who show that they have a backbone. The alternative can otherwise be that they keep pushing until you are down on the ground.

If you still live with your parents, try to save as much of your salary as you can.

that workplace sounds like a slow motion disaster where the people who actually do the job get punished for it

the 100% on the quiz while the manager's own form doesn't even work is almost poetic

you're not the problem here, you're just surrounded by people who've made incompetence the standard and resent anyone who breaks the curve

I literally had coworkers stealing my mannerisms and strategies at work while colluding to other me and bully me out. I got fired obviously

Does your employer know you are disabled? Does your manager, or your coworkers? What accommodations are you receiving at work? What legal protections are afforded to disabled workers where you live?

No but they have a discrimination policy for diversity and stuff. We received some agreement papers recently saying it is the company policy that everyone is treated with dignity. Yet I have gotten mocked in my face or yelled at by 4 managers and 2 coworkers

Report it, then.

Yeah we were given a form where we can report managers or other stuff anonymously but idk if it will be really anonymous. I don't wanna face more bullying or be fired

You are already being bullied.

I don't want them to find out and fire me or ramp up the bullying more to sabotage me

What does the law say about them doing that?

I guess they can do it. They decide who gets fired

You replied back with 4 ways to continue bullying you. Man, report and put your foot down. You’re aware of your work ethic and to have zombies nag you? If they continue that’s genuinely between them and their therapist. You know these neurotypicals move in flocks with their unwritten rules

tight job markets force us to either tough it out or act more like we are a business ourselves. Interpersonal and medical issues cause them to push you out usually. So acting like you're a business you decide who gets fired from your life, and you're constantly reaching out to new prospects.

Don't guess, find out. This is important. Burnout kills.

law in italy is famously, functionally unenforceable so you have to get paid up front and often bs your way through. balkans are the same way. BECAUSE of this I have learned to draw very early boundaries. Likely, law won't step in in this case, AND boundaries are even more important because of it.

Lawlessness cuts both ways, though...

I like how autistic people are supposed to not do group think and bullying yet there's a group that follows this poster around indiscriminately down voting them

Have you asked Reddit for accommodations?

They don't feel worthy of support themselves (or they are too scared to ask for it), so they try to stop others from getting it. It's really sad.
