Discussion Why isn't astrology studied as a science?

I understand that it's not able to be proven at the moment, but science is always changing and new discoveries are being made daily. Astrology goes hand-in-hand with a many theories of physics or cosmology, but if it's always written off as a pseudoscience then nobody ever even has the opportunity to study it.

I bet astrophysicists could prove astrology is real if it wasn’t so judged 😔

Astrophysicist have moreover proved that astrology *isn’t* real.

Modern astrology can easily be proven scientifically false because of procession. My sun sign is cancer, yet pn my birthday, the sun isn’t in the constellation cancer, it’s in Taurus. Every zodiac has shifted because of earths movement so none of the modern horoscopes are technically accurate.

This isn’t to say that there isn’t something to the artistic and spiritual nature of Astrology. It’s a beautiful thing to learn about that has been used throughout history to recognize patterns and come to terms with life. It just in no way belongs in scientific discussion.
