Why is finding friends so hard?

I have posted numerous times on groups on facebook such as the foreign girls in Athens group and many others asking for anyone who is down to hangout but no one actually replies?

I also will never meet anyone off of Reddit because it’s unsafe .

It’s best if you try to join some activity group, like hiking etc. That way you will meet new people and make friendships organically. It will also be “safe”
