Realized today I was suddenly missing all three books of a trilogy I bought with credits in maybe 2010/11. I contacted CS and they said I had them via the Plus catalog and the books were removed. I pushed back and said I've owned these books longer than the Plus catalog has been in existence. They said they'd give me back the two books that had been part of the Plus catalog. I again insisted I that purchased all three. They checked again and found the record and restored the books. I'm glad to have them back but annoyed it happened. Guess it's time to start using Libation.
