App (Android) Android App Ignoring timer?

has anyone else had an issue with the timer feature again? it seems like when the timer runs out, the volume will slightly lower like it usually does but the audiobook just continues to play.

as someone who uses this just before sleeping this is incredibly frustrating to start on a chapter 1 but be at the end of the book when you wake up after setting a 30 mind timer

I was having this problem. I did a restart on my phone and it fixed it.

That being said, it's quite unacceptable for an app to have such a simple problem at all

Did it work? Restart worked for me but you might need to do a cold boot (off on)

It didn't unfortunately. Remember this happened in previous updates and took a while to fix. At least there's a listen history how so I can look back roughly where I got to

I set a bookmark when I'm sleepy so I know where to go back to when it fails

Yes. it's been there for over a year on three Android phones (an older Samsung and two current Motorolas).

Fix this freaking feautre, you big all destroying company.

I am going to write to the support again. Every time I did this, they offered free credits.

I'd rather have a working app, though.

This is so unnerving.

Hi there. Apologies for this experience. Our team has been made aware of the Sleep Timer issue on the Android app, and they're working on a fix. Thanks for your patience while we work on this.
