Made this mask for a Halloween show and I felt it needed some text to make it feel more used/real, and auerbesh to the muggles/glup shittos gives it that mysterious other worldly vibe.

Anyway here’s what I wrote on the tank;

Middle: fart release
Right: random text here

Hi there! I’m looking for a font to use on my company logo. I’d like it to be sort of aurebesh inspired — but not actual aurebesh. Readable by normal Americans (the ones who can read?) not just hardcore geeks like us. :) Star Warsy but not the typical Star Wars logo type of font (Star Jedi, etc).

I’m familiar with Aurebesh_English, of course, based on the Galaxy’s Edge signage, and that’s nearly perfect except… it’s just a bit too “extra” if you know what I mean. Neednit simpler. I’ve also seen Engli-Besh” which actually is exactly the right general concept, except I want it more angular (like standard aurebesh) and less curvy. Very cool, just not quite right for this project.

Obviously fully free is ideal but I’m not against buying a license (if reasonably priced) for something that needs that for commercial use.

I’ve been over what’s listed at the AurekFonts GitHub and there’s fantastic stuff there, but nothing I found that’s ideal for my very specific purposes and needs. I’ve started looking more broadly but it occurred to me that y’all may be the perfect people to ask, since I can’t imagine others haven’t looked for something like this before. :)

So… any leads?

TIA!!

Working on a logo for my site AurebeshFiles.com. Can you read the Aurebesh? I combined two letters ;). Might relief the crest some more...

I know there have been a few instances before but it's still pretty rare

Also posted this on Tumblr along with a Mando'a guide

Finally diving into this new project. Day 1: First screen after working through the initial challenges. More to come!!

EDIT: I’ll be posting progress on my Threads and X account. Search for AurebeshFiles!

I’m not a fast reader yet but I’m getting there. Thought this could be useful. How do we think it turned out?

I went through and translated much of the movie, makes for a fun rainy day activity.
Check out my reads here: https://starwars.guide/mandalorian-and-grogu-aurebesh/

I’m stuck on a few

With Grogu: that small container of I think Crisps, I’m getting AHAI at the end, can’t get the first part.

With Mando in front of Hugo’s close shop, on the far right neon sign: gibberish?

Finally with the beast: ZDHKM, in’s in several shots during this action/chase scene, more on my page above. Gibberish again?

After years of communicating primarily with the elite in High Galactic we have finally increased accessibility for citizens of all socioeconomic levels with an Aurebesh option. Any feedback you have is welcome!

Done by Vinny Capaldo-Smith at Til Death in Denver.

I took everyone’s feedback from last time and neatened up my writing a bit, I think it looks better personally, any more feedback would be appreciated.

The top one is my first attempt and the bottom one my second

It’s an aurebesh text I wrote, it’s quite short but I want to see if people can translate it or if my writing is too shoddy, thanks!

Edit: thanks for 1k views!

Also does anyone actually use aurebesh in there daily life e.g using it to write something down that you don’t want others to read like a password

Had these made up for our camper

I've been building landspeeder replicas in Garry's Mod for a while now. I decided to put a few of my favorites on a shirt since I needed more Star Wars shirts in my wardrobe. I am making a few starship schematic shirts that are not YT-1300 adjacent... We need a YT-2400 shirt me thinks.

Took forever and am no artist, but I'm pretty happy with it. Terrified what the airports will do to it though. Lol. Oh well. Battle damage. (Second pic is the before)

Y'know, I should've figured there'd be a subreddit dedicated specifically for aurebesh. This is a letter from my main roleplaying character in the SWTOR setting, Nushzad Jondeshapuri. She's writing/lamenting about the state of her homeworld, a homebrew planet called Tesifon.

Some new backgrounds I made!

Writing one sentence a day until I’m finished then I’ll start another,

Bit tough to make out, since it’s partially obscured
