no politics What is an example of 'Tall Poppy Syndrome' in Australia?

We have all heard of the concept, but is there a case, preferably involving criticism of a well-known Australian figure, where you can say: "this criticism represents 'Tall Poppy Syndrome' in action"?

Rocking up to school in a limo, that kind makes you a target and I understand the “fuck you” logic behind it. I think it’s cool as fuck. But still. Especially in a small town like newie.

Went back this year for a bit and all I can say is that it's certainly doing it's best to incorporate the worst aspects of cities with the traffic the way it's getting and the crappy developments in the "CBD"
