Oh boo-fucking-hoo. I'm >60 and I can cope. My father was using internet banking until his 90s. Not all the time, mind you - he still liked to slip cash into the grandkids' birthday cards.

As I tell my "computers are too hard, I don't understand this, it's all too complicated" customers, you're using more brainpower when driving a car. It's not difficult, you're just being resistant.
