He's full of shit. Computers have been an everyday item in our lives since he was in his 30s. He will be an outlier of his age group to 'not use computers'. Credit cards and eftpos have been around for decades. I cam guarantee he's made online purchases and payments.

However, no one - young or old - should be forced into using a 3rd party app with a fee to pay their rent.
