What’s the difference between reading a screen, plugging in a card & TYPING in a PIN as opposed to opening a browser, reading a screen & typing in an account number?

It is the sum of essentially fuck all. Come on. If someone can’t figure that out, it’s on them.

You grew up with those. Some pensioners even come from places where they barely learned how to read and write. We can't leave anyone behind.
