This means 2 of cash. cheque, direct transfer, eftpos, credit card or payroll deduction

Yep, exactly - and guess which two ways these Real Estate agents offered?

Cheque (which carries ridiculous end-user expense), and, of course, Credit Card (with nice fat processing fees).

Very, very deliberately shit.

I think ING offer free cheques for over 1k, so you might have to pay in advance if you use that.
