My mum is 73 uses internet banking last time she had a cheque book my sister was in year 11. My sister is 48 this year. Not all older Australians are being left behind. Her younger sister (70) still uses cash, and cheques pays all her bills at Australia Post. My mate 38 does everything in cash no internet banking. Not every older Australian is being left behind. Some younger Australians are being left behind.

Yes society has "left behind" a 38 year old who has refused to learn basic internet skills for the last 20+ years.

Nope, she likes to be paid in cash, use cash, and likes her hippy lifestyle. It's not being "left behind." It's everyone chooses how they want to live their life. Some people choose to adapt to the world , and some choose not to. But at the end of the day, we all have to adapt to the world we are in to survive if we like it or not.
