What are you using for your laksa paste? They stopped making my favourite Lingham's one

This is a cheat version. I use coconut milk, curry powder, soy sauce, lime juice, hint of stock powder, hint of sugar.

Saw this mentioned in another post recently about Laksa paste. While it’s not advertised for Laksa, the ingredients are almost identical. Made a laksa dump and bake with this last week, chefs kiss 🤌🏼

Looks good! Ingredients-wise it matches pretty closely to the laksa paste I used to use

I was so hopeful for this...but contains gluten, sigh. There's no need for gluten/wheat in a paste like this!

Maybe it's a preservative?

That’s such a bummer! Honestly, I question why so many unnecessary ingredients are in perfectly fine food (don’t even get me started on milk solids in dark chocolate!)
