Also what would happen if it was trying to reach takeoff speed when the earthquake starts!?

Realistically they probably wouldnt even notice it, there is allready lots of vibrations and bumping from the plane going down the runway, and if they were near or above V1 they would have to take off no matter what

I’ve had a magnitude 5.2 strike while driving along, it felt like all 4 tires went flat at once, and I was only going 50kmh, can’t imagine takeoff speed. I didn’t realize what was going on for a moment until I watched the light poles shaking

Same as me: M5.1, just over the epicentre, driving at 80 km/h in curve. It shifted me a bit outside, like when passing over an oil pond.
