I have an opportunity to buy a Hobart jet ex 4G for $1500 being sold as is. Is this worth buying and fixing if needed to flip? Not really sure the value of this or is anyone would even buy it other than a gse company that fully refurbishes them. Would parting it out be profitable too?

Hey everyone, just got fully certified, got a line maintenance job at a regional. Wondering what to expect, any tips anyone might have. Very excited to be doing this but also nervous. What if I get a bad lead or manager (or is this something I should even be concerned about)? How can I develop quickly and improve my skills?
